Click the Member Login button at the top of any screen on our website.

A login screen will open.

Click the "Register here" hyperlink.

This will launch a guided registration process where you will:

• Provide personal information our system will check against information we have on file. If the information you provide doesn't match what we have on file, you may need to contact us for assistance.
• Select a username and secure password.
• Select an image and phrase that will confirm for you in the future that you are on the HEB Manitoba member portal.
• You'll also select three security questions. (Make sure to pick questions you can easily remember the answers to!)

Once you have completed the registration you can log in to the member portal for the first time.

If you are a newly hired employee and have never belonged to a HEB Manitoba Plan

If you’re an existing member

Check your postal code.

• Is it entered correctly? Make sure that you add a space between the first three characters and the next three characters.
• Does it match what we have on file? If the postal code you enter doesn’t match what is on file, the system won’t recognize you. Contact us for assistance.

No. My HEB Online Services is no longer active. You have register separately for the new member portal.

1. Click the Member Login button at the top of any page of our website to open the member portal login screen.
2. Enter your User Name and Password.
3. Click the Login button.
   

If you receive an email from us telling you there is information waiting for you in the member portal, you can also get to the login screen by clicking the hyperlink in the email.

If you haven't registered for the new member portal yet you will have to do that first. 

Your Username and Password from the old My HEB Online Services portal will not work on the new member portal.  

We might not have received an email address for you. In this case, we will mail you a paper enrolment package.

Your hiring information might still be in transit. Check again in a day or two.

It might have gone to your spam or junk folder.

If you cannot find an email from HEB Manitoba in your inbox, spam or junk folder, you have other options.

Provided your hiring information has been processed in our system, you should be able to register for the portal without the email link.

Go to hebmanitoba.ca and click the Member Login button at the top of the page to start the registration process.

Make sure the information you enter is the same information you provided to your employer.

Log in to the member portal and update your contact information under My Profile.

If you cannot access the member portal, you may complete the Contact Information Change Form and return it to us.

Report the marriage as a Life Event in the member portal.

As you walk through the process, the system will automatically update your coverage and let you know about any options available to you.

Report the date of cohabitation as a Life Event in the member portal.

As you walk through the process, the system will automatically update your coverage and let you know about any options available to you.

If you prefer a paper form or cannot access the member portal, please contact us.

A new common-law partner is eligible for coverage after you have lived together for one year, provided you report the relationship within 60 days of the date of cohabitation.

If you report the relationship more than 60 days after the date of cohabitation, your new common-law partner will not be eligible for coverage until one year after the date you report the relationship.

Report the addition of a new child as a Life Event in the member portal.

As you walk through the process, the system will automatically update your coverage and let you know about any options available to you.

1. Log in to the member portal.
2. From the dashboard, click the tile for any of the following Plans:
   • Healthcare/Retiree Healthcare
   • Dental
   • EAP
   • Life Insurance/Post-Retirement Life Insurance
3. Look under the Dependants tab.

Report the separation from your spouse or common-law partner as a Life Event in the member portal.

As you walk through the process, the system will remove your former spouse/partner from your coverage and let you know of any options available to you.

If you are a member of the Pension Plan, your former spouse/partner may be entitled to a portion of your pension.

Reporting your separation will trigger our system to send you information about steps you might need to take regarding the possible division of your pension.
