Change to Healthcare Plan Prescription Requirements

Effective July 1, 2024, members no longer have to provide a prescription to be reimbursed for eligible expenses for Athletic Therapists, Occupational Therapists or Registered Dietitians.

Effective July 1, 2024, members no longer have to provide a prescription to be reimbursed for eligible expenses for the following licensed practitioners:

  • Athletic Therapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Registered Dietitian

All other existing conditions still apply.

 The Understanding Your Benefits: Healthcare, Dental & Healthcare Spending Account brochure has been updated to reflect this change.
