Statement of Investment Policies and Procedures

The Board is responsible for establishing a Statement of Investment Policies and Procedures (SIPP). Investment managers must invest the Pension Plan's assets in accordance with the SIPP.

The Pension Plan's number-one investment priority is to ensure that there are enough assets in the Plan to meet benefit obligations.

The Pension Plan must achieve a long-term target rate of return of 6.0% as determined by the Plan’s actuary to fund all basic promises of the Plan on a going-concern basis.
